Steps to mail your device in:
1.) Email us to ghostnetworksolutions@gmail.com the issue you are having with device before mailing. 2.) Ensure you pack device in a well packaged box. We are not liable if device arrives damaged. Passcode, issue, and contact information must be included in the box or we will not work on it! A password is needed to fully test device before and after repair. *Customer is also responsible for shipping here and back. Please also send tracking number to our email address. 3.) Once we receive the device, we will inspect and contact customer about repair issue and cost before fixing. Once fixed, we will send device back within 2 - 5 business days. *Ensure data is backed up before sending as we are not liable for any data loss. |
